PRACTICAL AI TRAINING FOR BUSINESS TEAMS

AI training that turns tools into team capability.

Most companies already have access to AI. What they lack are people who know where it fits, how to apply it, and how to keep improving it. We train leaders, teams and internal champions to do exactly that - using their own work, not generic examples.

WHY TRAINING USUALLY DOES NOT STICK

A licence gives people access. Capability changes how work gets done.

Your people are probably already experimenting. Value only shows up when they can connect AI to their own work, use it with judgement, and carry a good idea past the first demo.

01

Knowing what is possible

Impressive demos do not help anyone recognise where AI fits in their own work.

02

Knowing how to apply it

Using a tool is easy. Giving it the right context and fitting it into a workflow is the hard part.

03

Knowing what happens next

Good ideas stay as isolated experiments when nobody can evaluate, prioritise or advance them.

THE SHIFT THAT CREATES VALUE

01

Exposure

We have heard of AI.

02

Experiment

Some people are trying it.

03

Capability

Teams can use it well.

04

Adoption

Better work becomes repeatable.

THE 3A FRAMEWORK

Build capability at the level where it is needed.

AI adoption is not one training need. Leadership needs judgement. Teams need practical skill. A smaller internal group needs to keep opportunities moving. Each track stands alone - together they compound.

TRACK 01

Align

For Leadership

Approx. 3 hours · In-person or online · Interactive · Business-led

Leadership AI Alignment Masterclass

A clear-headed session for founders, CXOs and business heads. No jargon, no demos for the sake of it - just where AI genuinely helps, where it does not, and how to decide.

WHAT IT COVERS

  • What AI is genuinely good at, and where it does not fit
  • How to spot opportunities for automations across different departments
  • Assessing your company's readiness to benefit from automation.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH

  • A shared language across the leadership table
  • Better judgement on what should and should not use AI
  • A structured way to start, without a big-bang programme

TRACK 02

Apply

For Teams

Live demo → guided scenario → hands-on practice → adapt to own work → review

AI for Everyday Work

Your people already do the work. This track teaches them to do it faster and better with AI - using their own tasks, their own documents, their own customers.

WHAT IT COVERS

  • A common foundation: how AI, automation and agents work and what it means for your work
  • Function-specific scenarios for sales, marketing, HR, finance and operations
  • Practice on the team's own tasks, documents and customers

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH

  • Hands-on practice on tasks people recognise from Monday morning
  • Reusable prompts and working methods, not a list of tools
  • A habit of reviewing and verifying before anything goes out

TRACK 03

Activate

For AI Champions

Optional 6–8 week journey: foundation → observation → opportunity lab → experiment → business case → showcase

Refynd AI Champions Programme

The people closest to the work know where it hurts. We turn a selected few into internal translators who can spot friction, test an idea and build the case for it.

WHAT IT COVERS

  • Observing how work really happens, not how the SOP says it does
  • Testing a small experiment before anyone commits to a project
  • Building practical use cases and enabling adoption across teams

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH

  • An internal pipeline of real, evaluated opportunities
  • People who can brief a vendor or a build team properly
  • Momentum that continues after we leave the room

Technology should solve the problem. The problem should not be invented to justify the technology.

HOW EVERY PROGRAMME IS BUILT

Context first. Then curriculum.

A hospital, a manufacturer, a distributor and a professional services firm should not sit through the same examples. People learn faster when AI is attached to tasks they recognise.

01

Understand

Your organisation, audience and current AI maturity.

02

Select

The functions and participant groups that should be in the room.

03

Gather

Representative tasks, real friction and information flows.

04

Adapt

Examples, exercises and business situations to match.

05

Deliver

A common foundation plus practical, contextual application.

Better decisions

Analyse more, test assumptions and prepare stronger cases - faster.

Faster response

Sales, service and operations answer with information, not guesswork.

Scalable expertise

Critical knowledge becomes accessible without depending on one person.

Continuous improvement

Employees identify, test and advance useful automation from within.

Choose the right starting point.

Begin with one focused track or connect all three. The right scope depends on your organisation, your audience and what needs to change.

01

Leadership alignment

For organisations starting the AI conversation or looking for clearer direction from the top.

02

AI for everyday work

For selected functions, departments or wider employee capability building.

03

AI champions

For organisations that want internal people to keep finding useful opportunities.

Align → Apply → Activate, run as one connected capability programme.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What teams usually ask before starting.

Align is for leadership and decision makers who need judgement before investment. Apply is for teams who want to use AI in their everyday work. Activate is for a small group of internal champions who will keep finding and advancing opportunities.

No. The sessions are built for business people, not engineers. We focus on what to use, when to use it, and how to judge the output - not on building or coding.

Align is roughly a half-day masterclass. Apply is typically a one to two day hands-on workshop. Activate can run as a 6 to 8 week journey with coaching in between. We can adjust the depth and schedule to fit your team.

Yes. Many organisations start with Align for leadership, then Apply for the wider team, and finish with Activate to build an internal champion group. They also work well as standalone programmes.

Before any session, we review your workflows, sample documents, customer scenarios and current friction points. The examples, exercises and discussions are built around tasks your people recognise.

Leaders leave with clearer judgement on where AI fits. Teams leave with practical methods they can use immediately. Champions leave with a process to spot, test and advance ideas that create real value.

Not at all. The right starting point depends on your team size and the problem you are solving, not your headcount. We have run these programmes for leadership teams of ten and for wider groups across larger organisations.

Let’s find the right starting point for your team.
